Join me for my final sermon at the Peru Church in sweet Peru, Vermont, closing ten years as a pastor. It will be a morning of great music, lots of joy and delicious treats as we hand over the reigns to the wonderful Steve Longley. Dogs welcome, too!
Mountain Grove Memorial Church is a historic, nondenominational church in Huletts Landing, New York, on the shores of Lake George. The community holds Sunday services during the summer season at 10am. It’s beautiful and fun and sweet and cozy.
Katrina Trask has a deep and rich history in Saratoga Springs and Lake George. She was instrumental in establishing many important organizations that supported women and she was the visionary and energy behind the creation of Yaddo, the artist retreat in Saratoga.
Many know Katrina Trask as a woman of immense strength, vision and creativity. In her lifetime she survived the death of her four children, devastating house fires and the train accident that killed her husband, Spencer. She seemed to have a bottomless well of strength from which she drew to rebuild her life in the wake of the many tragedies that befell her. But there is a part of the story of Katrina’s life we don’t read about as frequently: she was a mystic in her own right.
We held this event last year and it was great fun. Hope to see you all there again this summer!

It feels more important than ever that we come together to talk about meaningful things, strengthen community bonds and lift each other in love. I'm planting Soul Circle seeds as far and wide as I can.
This one will have an emphasis on death, dying and beyond.
Donations accepted for the Gateway Hospice House of Peace.
Join me for an evening conversation on what I’ve learned in a decade (lifetime, really) of connecting with those in Spirit. Having been a hospital and hospice chaplain, too, I’ve been living in the realm of the dead on a regular basis for many years and from this have gleaned recurring themes and teachings. I’ll share what I’ve learned and we’ll have time open Q + A around death and dying.
LOCATION: 110 Spring Street, Saratoga Springs in the art gallery
TIME: 6:30-7:30ish PM
Sweet treats by Katie Camarro of Sundae’s Best!
Donations accepted, a portion of which will go to the Gateway House of Peace for end of life care.
Space is limited. Please send me an email if you’re interested in attending.
